The Y-Series
Cool or heat with the CITY MULTI Y-Series. The Y-Series uses an inverter-driven compressor, just like the R2-Series to intelligently air-condition up to 32 zones. The Y-Series takes advantage of Mitsubishi Electric's inverter technology to provide the precise amount of cooling or heating to each and every zone. By utilizing T-branches and headers, the Y-Series provides the ultimate in piping design flexibility that is truly simple in application.

Compact and powerful outdoor units
CITY MULTI's compact and powerful outdoor units have one of the smallest VRFZ footprints in the industry. There are multiple sizes available from 72,000 to 234,000 Btu/h, which are available in 208/230 volts, three-phase, 60 Hertz. Each outdoor unit uses Mitsubishi Electric's inverter-driven scroll compressor that is backed by a six-year limited warranty. This reliable compressor is designed and built by Mitsubishi Electric.
Ductless or Ducted indoor units for Ultimate Flexibility
CITY MULTI’s outdoor (PURY-P108TGMU-A) unit can operate up to twenty ductless or ducted indoor units, making the system ideal for virtually any type of application — or any variety of applications — within the same building.
